There will be no annual increase during the first 12 months, after which WebXdesignZ reserves the right to increase the monthly fee if deemed necessary.
The contract is for a period of 1 (one) year, after which a 30 days’ notice period will be applicable.
It is not compulsory to enter into a monthly contract, but strongly advisable. Should you wish to use your own service provider to host your website, WebXdesignZ are unable to assist if you experience any issues; i.e. slow responses, down time etc. All changes to your website will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
WebXdesignZ are not liable for any content displayed on your website, including but not limited to copyright music, fonts etc.
